Do we know the exact lineup for this deal? Also, is there any HD/ClearQAM at this tier?

I'm thinking of ditching DirecTV and spinning up my own HTPC/PVR - I have a system all spec'd out - now shopping for the right service...

OR, is it better to order a digital package and skip using their boxes?

Any insight? THX in advance!!!

I don't know for certain because I don't have the basic cable. However, I believe they do clearQAM the locals. I use my Vizio TV with digital tuner and no cable box to get

Channel 4
ABC
CBS
NBC
PBS

It does not allow you to get ESPN or any other cable channels over ClearQAM.
