So the other day I actually tried to use the HD on demand stuff from Brighthouse and lo and behold it didn't work. So I called them and they came out to check it out. They found it didn't work either. So he called back to homebase and they did some stuff and then it started working.

However, it didn't work completely. Basically, it works to watch the movie, but the preview functionality didn't work. If you tried to preview the HD movie you get an error code 013. Not sure what that means other than it means it is a problem back at the distribution point.
